Engineered Solution
Re-engineered custom heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders with a Ø200mm bore using heavy-wall Honed ST52 tubing, induction-hardened piston rods with minimum 30-micron Hard Chrome plating for abrasion resistance, and vibration-damped high-pressure steel piping.
Outcome & Quality Assurance
Passed 1.5x working pressure hydrostatic test with zero leakage, substantially improved operational longevity, and eliminated unplanned downtime on the primary extrusion line.
